Built on rebuilding
Stud Construction started by rebuilding homes after floods and fires. Our president, Andrei Damian, spent those early years advocating for homeowners so they got a fair settlement from their insurance company, and a voice when they felt brushed aside.
A passion for design took the company into custom remodeling and design-build. Today we handle everything from a single bathroom to a complete rebuild, with the same crew leads on site every day and an office team that keeps every detail on track.
We still take disaster restoration work, and we still treat every project like it is our favorite one.

Meet our core team
Andrei Damian
President
Andrei has more than two decades in construction. He began rebuilding homes after floods and fires, advocating for homeowners with their insurance companies, before taking Stud Construction into custom design-build. He keeps up with the latest design trends and treats every project as his favorite. Away from work he go-karts with his three kids, snowboards, mountain bikes, and travels.
Radu Birle
Co-Founder
Radu is a builder with more than 15 years of construction experience. You will usually find him in the field, managing projects and getting his hands dirty. He holds a degree in Finance and Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton, and his favorite moment is handing over the keys. Off the job he plays competitive sports, fishes, and camps with family and friends.
Alice Damian
Principal
Alice leads marketing and recruiting, building the team of experts and craftsmen behind every project. Her creative eye and love of luxury design shape the partners we bring in. Her favorite projects are the ones that turn the outdoors into living space. She spends her free time outside with her husband and three children.
Sunshyne Leland
Administrative Assistant
Sunshyne brings more than a decade of administration experience in construction and interior design. She coordinates the behind-the-scenes details that keep a remodel smooth and hassle-free. In her free time she knits, sews, roller skates, bakes, keeps houseplants alive, and takes on her own home improvement projects.
