    We walk the project with you, listen to your ideas and concerns, and answer every question so you can decide if we are the right fit.

  2. Visit our office

    Meet the team over a coffee tasting (our second passion), get your own project manager, and see design progress, materials, and finishes in person.

  3. A precise, transparent bid

    Everything we discuss is in the bid. Nothing changes without your approval, so you get the bottom line up front.

  4. In-house design

    You work with our designer on schematics that bring your vision to life. If you need an architect, we pair you with one we trust.

  5. Build and stay in the loop

    Your private project portal shows the timeline by trade, approvals, documents, and messages with everyone on the job.

Fire, water, and mold restoration

Damage from a natural disaster, a structure fire, water, or mold is stressful enough. We deal with your insurance company for you: we meet the adjusters they send to the site and negotiate the most equitable settlement for your loss.

Then we coordinate everyone involved, rebuild your home, and, if you want, take the chance to create the space you have always wanted.

Your dream team, assembled

Building or remodeling a home is a collaborative effort. If you have not found an architect yet, we will pair you with one of the select Orange County architects we work with. Each brings their own ideas, is easy to work with, and genuinely enjoys helping you see your project.

We work just as well with interior designers, decorators, and landscape designers you already know.
